This website is operated by M/s Tarun Madan, trading as "Madan Dairy", B-13, Ashok Nagar Market, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001 ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products

We sell, from our store, packaged food products made by third-party brands, including milk, dairy products, frozen vegetables and bakery items. Product descriptions, pack sizes and brands are listed for information only. Availability may change without notice. Each product's quality, ingredients and shelf life are as stated by its manufacturer on the pack.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We never charge more than the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the product. We confirm the final payable amount before you pay.

3. Purchases & payment

All sales take place at our store. A purchase is complete once payment is received and a bill is issued. Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) are processed by our authorised payment gateway partner, Paytm Payment Gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details. If a payment fails or is made in error, or if we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we refund the amount in full.

4. Customer responsibilities

Please check the products, pack sizes, quantities and expiry dates at the counter before you leave the store. Chilled and frozen products should be refrigerated as soon as possible after purchase.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any loss caused by improper storage after purchase, or by use of a product past its printed expiry date. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the value of that purchase.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Privacy Policy

Madan Dairy respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address, if you share them for billing or when you contact us.
• Purchase details, including items, quantities, amounts and dates.
• Payment status and transaction reference from our payment gateway. We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or net-banking passwords. These are handled securely by the payment gateway.

How we use it

• To process your payments and handle your purchases, refunds and complaints.
• To send bills and payment confirmations.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with our payment gateway partner (to process payments), and government authorities when the law requires it.

Data security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All our sales are made at our store, and most of our products are perishable. This policy explains when a purchase can be cancelled, replaced or refunded.

Cancellation

• You can cancel a purchase at the counter before you leave the store. Any amount you paid is refunded in full.
• Once perishable products have left the store, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
• If we cannot supply an item you have paid for (for example, a bulk quantity that is out of stock), we refund the full amount.

Returns & replacements

• We do not accept returns of perishable items (milk, dahi, paneer, chhach, cream, khoya, bread, frozen foods) once they have left the store in good condition.
• If a product is damaged, leaking, spoiled, expired or different from what you paid for, bring it back to the store with the bill within 24 hours of purchase. We will replace the item or refund its value.
• Non-perishable items (ghee, milk powder, mustard oil) can be returned at the store within 3 days, with the bill, if they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days. The exact timing depends on your bank.
• Refunds for cash payments are made in cash at the store.
• If an online payment was deducted from your account but the purchase was not completed, or a payment failed, the amount is reversed automatically within 5–7 working days.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• No shipping or home delivery: Madan Dairy is a walk-in retail store. We do not ship products or offer home delivery.
• In-store purchase: All products are bought and collected at our store at B-13, Ashok Nagar Market, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001.
• Store hours: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
• Handover: Products are handed to you at the counter as soon as payment is complete. Please check the items and the bill before you leave.
• Bulk purchases: For large quantities, call us on +91 98188 16979 in advance so that stock is kept ready for you to collect.
• Charges: No shipping or delivery charges apply.
